Hours and Fees

There are 3 terms each year covering a minimum of 33 weeks with one week half term each term.

Fees are to be paid in advance on a termly basis and are reviewed each year.

The school welcomes prospective parents to view the classes in progress and should any further information, or a visit, be required, please contact us.

Fees

All fees are invoiced termly and are payable termly in advance. Fees for a child starting the school are invoiced the previous term and are payable on invoice.

A £100.00 deposit is required to secure your child's place at the nursery, this will be deducted from the last terms fees.

Any fees not paid by the first day of term will attract interest at Judgment Act rate. If fees have not been paid in full by the third week of term we reserve the right to take legal action for recovery of the fees and in any event to exclude the child from school until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

Fees are normally reviewed annually and a full term's notice will be given of any increase.

One clear and full term's notice, in writing, must be given to the school if a parent intends to withdraw a child for any reason. The same applies if a child who has been accepted for the school does not start, in this instance a full terms fees are payable. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Meals - Lunchtime.

Children attending a longer morning or all day session at the School should bring their own packed lunch, which must contain an ice pack. Snacks are provided by the school (milk, water, fruit, biscuits, raw vegetables.) including vegetables grown by the children in the children's own organic garden.
